Terms of service.

The free tier of ScreenSolo includes limited features and functionality. Specific limitations and feature restrictions are displayed within the app and may be updated at any time. We reserve the right to impose rate limits or temporary restrictions on free tier accounts that abuse the service.

AI tokens are used to access AI analysis features and are subject to the following terms:

• Non-Transferable: Tokens are issued to your account only and cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to other users.
• Token Allocation: Free tier tokens are a one-time allocation that does not expire and does not reset. Pro tokens (100/month) reset at the start of each billing cycle; unused Pro monthly tokens do not carry over.
• Top-Up Tokens: Tokens purchased via top-up (50 tokens for $2.99) do not expire and can be used indefinitely until consumed.
• Cancellation: If you cancel Pro, your remaining one-time and top-up tokens stay yours and can be used indefinitely; the monthly Pro allowance stops refilling at the end of the paid period. Tokens are not refundable.

You agree not to:

• Use ScreenSolo for illegal purposes
• Violate copyright, privacy, or intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access or modify our servers or networks
• Share AI tokens or accounts with unauthorized users
• Interfere with the service or other users

Subscription terms:

• Pro ($6.99/month or $69.90/year) renews automatically until cancelled
• Teams is billed per seat, per month, and renews automatically until cancelled
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method.

UK Consumer Right to Cooling-Off: If you are a UK consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided you request cancellation before downloading or using the app/service. After 14 days or once the service is used, refunds are at our discretion.

Refund Requests: To request a refund, contact us at support@screensolo.ai within 14 days of purchase with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial months already paid. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

ScreenSolo integrates with third-party services:

• Apple AirPlay: ScreenSolo uses Apple's AirPlay protocol. You must comply with Apple's terms when using AirPlay features.
• Anthropic (Claude AI): AI analysis features are powered by Anthropic. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.
• Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

We are not liable for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Access may be discontinued if third-party providers change their terms or services.

ScreenSolo lets you export a session as a file on your own device — a PDF, an MP4 video, or a PowerPoint (.pptx) or Keynote (.key) deck.

• The exported file is yours. ScreenSolo writes the file locally; it does not post your content to any third-party platform on your behalf.
• You are responsible for what you do with it. If you upload an exported file to another service, you must comply with that service's terms. We do not review, moderate, or endorse content you create or share.

Before pursuing legal action, we encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes informally. Please email support@screensolo.ai with details of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, either party may pursue legal remedies in the courts of England and Wales.
