Focus Mode fills the ScreenSolo window with just your mirrored iPhone — no toolbars, no console. It's the view you want when you're presenting, or sharing your screen in a meeting.
Going full screen
When your iPhone connects, ScreenSolo asks Show your iPhone full screen?
- Full screen — go straight into Focus
- Not now — stay in the console
Tick Don't show this again and ScreenSolo won't ask again. There's no setting to bring the question back, but you don't need it — you can go full screen any time you're mirroring:
- Click the Focus button in the console
- Or press ⌘⇧F on a Mac, Ctrl+Shift+F on Windows
Coming back
- Press Esc to return to the console. Your iPhone stays connected.
- Or click the close button. ScreenSolo asks whether you want to disconnect your iPhone: No — keep mirroring takes you back to the console, Disconnect ends mirroring.
On Free and Pro
Focus Mode works on both plans.
- Free — a small ScreenSolo logo sits in the bottom-right corner of the phone, with a countdown showing how long is left of your 5-minute session. It turns red in the last minute. See Free plan limits.
- Pro — nothing but your phone. No logo, no countdown.
The logo and countdown are only on the live view — they aren't added to your recordings. Free recordings carry just the small "Made with ScreenSolo" mark.
Presenting in a meeting
Share the ScreenSolo window in Teams or Zoom and the call sees exactly what's in it — on Free, that includes the logo and countdown. The full steps: Demo your iPhone in Teams or Zoom.
Mac and Windows
Focus Mode, the question on connect and the shortcuts work the same on both.
