ScreenSolo runs on Windows 10 and 11. It's the same app as the Mac version — one codebase, one account, one subscription.
Installing
- Download the Windows installer (.exe) from screensolo.ai/download.
- Run it and follow the installer.
- Open ScreenSolo. On first launch, Windows asks to allow ScreenSolo through Defender Firewall — click Allow. Your iPhone can't find ScreenSolo without it.
That's it. Your computer now shows up in the iPhone's Screen Mirroring list — see First-time setup for connecting.
If you missed the firewall prompt
Open Windows Security → Firewall & network protection → Allow an app through firewall, and tick ScreenSolo for Private networks. Then quit and reopen the app.
Updates install themselves
ScreenSolo checks for updates and installs them automatically on Windows, just like on the Mac. You never need to go back to the download page.
One subscription, both platforms
Sign in with the same account you use on a Mac and your plan comes with you. Pro covers both platforms — there's nothing extra to buy for a second computer, and one active login at a time works wherever you sign in.
